  • Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address etc.) any extra cost incurred by SureCare Products for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order.
  • No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained.

  • If recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods would be left with the neighbour along with an attached note.
  • If neighbours refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point the order is fully chargeable.
  • For these items delivered by the courier/speed post/registered post, their respective policies apply.
  • SureCare Products shall try its best for prompt delivery; however delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation and SureCare Products reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.

  • In order to provide goods service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your correct Pin- code and phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and we shall accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Make a Note:

    SureCare Products reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.

SureCareProducts - Refund Policy

       1  In the event of any defect or damage of product, to whom we can contact?

           Ans:Any defect or complaints can be referred to or Company’s Customer Care No. 9032002309.

         2. Can I cancel the order once product was shipped?

         Ans: The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

      3. Any Return Policies?

     Ans: The user may return the product in the following cases by raising a complaint with customer care within 24 hours of receipt:-

  • Product(s) delivered were defective/damaged (will not be accepted if it has a tampered seal);
  • Product(s) delivered are expired;
  • Product (s) delivered do not match your order.
  • While returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the products. Our customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint/Product.
  • Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate to either replace the product(s) or refund the amount as per the discretion of SureCare Products.

  • For all orders which could not be executed the amount collected would be refunded within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of confirmation of orders cancelation by SureCare Products. Such refund (if any) shall be affected via payment gateway or such other mode as SureCare Products deems appropriate.


         Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  1.    Used products;
  2.    Return request is made outside the specified time frame;
  3.    Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
  4.    Any wrong ordering of product.


     SureCare Products reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reason/ground.
