Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier. If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address etc.) any extra cost incurred by SureCare Products for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained.
If the recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods will be left with the neighbour along with an attached note. If neighbours refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point, the order is fully chargeable. For these items delivered by the courier/speed post/registered post, their respective policies apply. SureCare Products reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
SureCare Products shall try its best for prompt delivery; however, delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer to any damages or compensation and SureCare Products reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.
To provide goods service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your correct PIN- code and phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and we shall accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

 Any defect or complaints can be referred to  surecareproducts@gmail.com or the Company’s Customer Care No. 9032002309.
 The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
 The user may return the product in the following cases by raising a complaint with customer care within 24 hours of receipt:-
- Product(s) delivered were defective/damaged (will not be accepted if it has a tampered seal);
- Product(s) delivered are expired;
- The product (s) delivered do not match your order.
   While returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, the name of the product and the reason why you are returning the products.              Our customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint/Product. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate to either replace the product(s) or refund the amount as per the discretion of SureCare Products.
 For all orders that could not be executed the amount collected would be refunded within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of confirmation of    order cancellation by SureCare Products. Such refund (if any) shall be affected via payment gateway or such other mode as SureCare Products deems        appropriate.
   Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- Used products;
- Return request is made    outside the specified time frame;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
- Any wrong ordering of product;
- The batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
