However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number is tampered with.
Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
Free product provided by brand
Note: Items falling under following categories CANNOT be return
Customized Products cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

SureCare offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (email@example.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. Customer also get notification by SMS in register mobile number after we will transfer the amount to wallet (Amount will be refunded in the wallet of the customer by means of reward) within 48 hours, which can be used to purchase anything else from the website.
Wallet Amount is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry.
We do add almost 100+ products daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever-increasing collection.
Amount can be Replace/wallet only when we receive the product back at our warehouse.
We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item
We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. A Wallet amount will be authorized in this case. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations
No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.
Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.
